📋 Description

• Build and grow long-term relationships with emerging Professional Hosts in the assigned territory • Drive account performance to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets • Manage and optimize hundreds of Professional Hosts through optimization calls, business reviews, and scaled strategies • Secure availability during high-demand periods • Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback to internal stakeholders • Provide remote and in-person support as needed to ensure host success • Use data to identify growth opportunities, navigate operational complexities, and allocate resources • Collaborate with Market Managers and cross-functional teams including product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support • Lead programs such as roadshows, webinars, and scaled campaigns • Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts and at industry conferences • Contribute to host community programs to drive growth and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management and partner support • Proven success managing a leads pipeline and a book of business • Strong quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data • Adaptability to strategic and tactical work in ambiguous environments • Cross-functional collaboration experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone, email, and in-person • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus • 2+ years of tech industry experience is a plus • 1+ years of travel industry experience is a plus • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory and internationally once every 4 to 6 weeks • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy; being an Airbnb host is a plus • Candidates must be based in São Paulo, Brazil • No relocation support is provided
