📋 Description

• Contribute to AI-native agents that automate repetitive testing tasks and provide intelligent feedback to developers on iOS and Android • Develop and maintain high-scale platforms and testing environments used by iOS and Android engineering organizations • Implement mobile patterns and modularity to improve testability and fault tolerance across native codebases • Ensure automated systems are performant and reliable, using data-driven decisions to optimize the CI/CD lifecycle • Design and sustain foundational testing frameworks in Swift and Kotlin • Integrate LLM-powered solutions for autonomous test discovery and smart orchestration • Partner with cross-functional mobile teams to eliminate bottlenecks and integrate quality early in development • Scale distributed testing systems to reduce build latency for iOS and Android • Prototype next-generation software quality tools with Research and Data Science teams • Participate in code reviews and the Quality Guild

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 4+ years of professional mobile development experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment • Working knowledge of both Kotlin/Android SDK and Swift/iOS SDK • Experience using modern build tools such as Gradle and Xcode • Demonstrated experience building or extending test automation frameworks, such as Espresso, Compose Test, or XCUITest • Experience with mobile infrastructure • Passion for building tools and SDKs that serve other engineers and improve developer experience across platforms • Eagerness to learn and apply AI/LLMs to engineering and quality challenges • Ability to navigate complex codebases and take ownership of features or components from implementation to deployment • Effective communication and collaboration across diverse technical and product teams
