📋 Description

• Define testing strategies, scenarios, test cases, traceability matrices, test data, and execution plans for Change Management solutions • Validate Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Expedited Change workflows • Test risk assessments, approvals, CAB processes, conflict detection, scheduling, notifications, SLAs, and closure controls • Perform system, integration, regression, security, migration, usability, and non-functional testing • Develop and maintain automated test coverage using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Log, track, and manage defects with reproducible evidence and clear documentation • Perform retesting, regression testing, and release validation activities • Collaborate with functional and technical teams during defect triage and resolution • Support the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Perform smoke testing in production and post-deployment validation activities • Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and final approval documentation • Ensure solution quality and compliance with project requirements • Perform other routine activities related to the department

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance • Experience testing ServiceNow solutions and ITSM processes • Strong knowledge of Change Management processes, including Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Expedited Changes • Experience with Test Planning, Test Case Design, and Test Execution • Experience with Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT support • Knowledge of Data Migration Testing and Security Testing • Experience validating workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and business rules • Experience with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Strong analytical skills and experience in defect management • Ability to collaborate with business users, developers, and stakeholders • Experience in Agile environments • Completed bachelor's degree required • Advanced or fluent conversational English • Preferred qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation v4, ISTQB Certification, ServiceNow ATF Micro-Certification, Agile Testing Certification, accessibility and usability testing experience, Utilities or Energy industry experience, and experience with large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects
