You will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our largest partner ecosystems. • As a Partner Account Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners and Agencies (also defined as System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms etc). • Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
• Confident Communicator. Languages: Native German language, English fluent. • You have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment. • You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in the DACH market, demonstrating autonomy. • Analytically Minded: Driven to meet and exceed quarterly targets. Systematic approach to working, your decisions are data-informed. • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies. • Strong Communicator: Networking and relationship building are important to you. We are looking for someone outgoing. You are confident to interact with senior-level points of contact. • Team Player: Committed, ambitious, humble, with a systematic approach to working, but most importantly - a great team player!
