📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Partners that align with strategic objectives and target markets • Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs • Educate partners on Aircall's products, services, value proposition, and sales processes • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners • Conduct regular business reviews with partners • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners • Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners • Collaborate with internal sales teams for seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities • Accurately forecast partner sales and contribute to overall company revenue projections • Provide regular reports on partner performance • Contribute to the ongoing development of the channel partner program • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in channel management

🎯 Requirements

• Native German language, English fluent • 2-3 years of experience, ideally in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
