📋 Description

• Refactor and maintain the existing test automation framework. • Implement and track key metrics for automated test coverage and performance. • Design, write, and maintain automated tests. • Integrate and apply AI tools to enhance automation workflows. • Analyze development test coverage and ensure quality consistency across teams. • Design and develop internal tools to streamline and accelerate testing processes. • Drive quality initiatives and continuous improvements across QA practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, QA engineering, or SDET roles. • 5+ years of hands-on automation experience with Java and/or JavaScript. • 2+ years of experience leading or managing QA teams. • Strong knowledge of testing metrics, best practices, and process optimization. • Proven experience in planning and implementing quality initiatives and change management. • Practical understanding of “Shift Left” testing principles. • Experience using AI tools to optimize testing processes is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
