📋 Description

• AIRS Medical Inc., founded in Oct 2018, is a medical AI startup based in Seoul, Korea, that builds innovative products and services to improve patient experience and institutional efficiency in areas where productivity is limiting clinical value. • AIRS has demonstrated unparalleled deep learning technology in MR image reconstruction, winning 2019 and 2020 fastMRI Challenge. SwiftMR enables up to 50% MRI scan time reduction without compromising image quality and has been commercialized in Korea and the US. With CE mark under new EU MDR, it is expanding into Europe. • Seeking a Customer Success Manager for EMEA to foster long-term client relationships and ensure maximum value from SwiftMR; role blends technical expertise with relationship management for onboarding, system integration, and support. • Responsibilities: Implement product installations, optimize MRI scan parameters, network setups, provide training and support, address customer inquiries, train channel partners, collaborate with Sales and Business Development, coordinate with Product Operations HQ in Seoul.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical imaging or customer success roles • Strong knowledge of MRI technology and workflow • Hands-on experience of working on MRI sequence optimization • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English • Willingness to travel across Europe • Preferred: Experience as an MRI technologist or within the radiology field • Preferred: Familiarity with working in a start-up or fast-paced environment • Preferred: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
