📋 Description

• Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and support of key clients. • Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department. • Support tender submissions and technical proposals. • Develop system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), and compliance documentation. • Support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and system testing. • Support sales team with follow from leads in our portal. • Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company. • Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers. • Ensure solutions align with local regulatory requirements. • Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology. • Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product (for customers and company employees). • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues. • Assist in troubleshooting high-value or strategic projects. • Support key enterprise deployments when required. • Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team. • Market research and comparative characteristics of products of the competitors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields. • Excellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems. • Experience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems. • Experience in public speaking (as an advantage). • Strong communication skills. • Strong English skills (verbal and written). • Availability to travel for business.
