📋 Description
• Deliver daily 1.5-hour engaging, practice-oriented lectures on current project management tools and methods • Enrich existing lecture materials with your own examples and assignments • Further develop the existing curriculum, including lectures, exercises, and the course handbook • Lead and coordinate a team of 3 tutors • Work closely with the tutor team to monitor and discuss participants' learning progress • Take responsibility for participant performance in your module • Adapt teaching dynamically to the group's progress and pace
🎯 Requirements
• Solid experience in project management • Knowledge of traditional and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence • Enthusiasm for current AI tools and developments • Independent engagement with AI and active integration of AI into teaching • Passion for teaching and talent development • Leadership experience or significant project responsibility in previous roles is preferred • Excellent presentation and speaking skills for engaging, interactive lectures • Ability to contribute your own practical experience • Native-level German language skills
