📋 Description

• Conduct initial conversations with pre-qualified B2C prospects interested in professional training • Analyze candidates’ current professional situations and identify barriers in the job market • Develop career prospects together with candidates • Provide individualized advice on training programs in Digital Sales Management and digital project management • Explain career opportunities in Digital Sales and digital project management • Guide participants through the application process with the German employment agency, including explaining their needs, preparing documents, and communicating with their employment counselor • Conduct structured conversations, follow up consistently, and document activities in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience – you have actively sold products or services before, for example in outbound sales, inside sales, or closing • Experience conducting sales conversations, handling objections, and guiding prospects toward decisions • Strong empathetic communication skills • Results- and target-oriented mindset • Strong organizational skills and reliability • Knowledge of KPIs • Reliable documentation of activities in the CRM • Willingness to guide prospects through the application process with the German employment agency
