📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. • Analyze client HR processes to design efficient SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions meeting their business needs. • Configure, customize, and optimize SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management) and SuccessFactors modules. • Develop comprehensive testing plans and coordinate testing activities to ensure robust system performance. • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and harmonization with other business applications. • Stay current with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors product updates, best practices, and emerging trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. • At least 5 years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consulting roles. • Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management. • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams. • Experience with integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems. • Relevant SAP certifications for HCM and SuccessFactors are highly desirable.
