📋 Description

• Build the compliance product, including processes and tooling for regulated work. • Create scalable workflows that direct requests to the right owners and automate recurring work. • Identify painful processes and redesign them end to end. • Monitor process adoption after launch and continuously improve solutions. • Design solutions that maintain compliance while improving speed. • Define goals and measure the impact of shipped changes. • Ship an initial system giving served teams a simple, fast way to obtain support from Corporate. • Own at least one process from problem identification through delivery of a live automated solution. • Become a trusted builder for the Corporate team and the people it serves. • Collaborate with legal, privacy, security, governance, risk, and compliance experts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code, and AI tools. • Experience may come from employment, internships, or personal projects. • Interest in and ability to ramp up quickly on regulated work. • Hands-on experience in legal, privacy, security, compliance, or related regulated areas is a plus, not a requirement. • Professional-level French and English. • Builder mindset: autonomous prioritization, testing, delivery focus, and collaboration. • Explorer mindset: curiosity, deep problem framing, solution orientation, and early escalation. • Appetite for regulated complexity. • Sound judgment around legal, privacy, security, and compliance requirements. • Ability to own projects end to end, including user research, planning, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. • Clear, proactive stakeholder communication. • Legally eligible to work from France. • Located or willing to relocate to France, Belgium, or Spain. • Hiring level range: B1-C0.
