📋 Description

• Build provider-facing platforms that streamline healthcare operations and create seamless experiences for thousands of medical professionals across Spain. • Ship AI-powered tools that help members navigate healthcare effortlessly - from booking doctor appointments to finding the right specialist. • Create delightful mobile and web experiences that put members in control of their health journey, making healthcare feel simple and accessible. • Build global-first infrastructure designed for reusability across multiple markets, helping Alan expand our healthcare delivery model internationally. • Own critical product decisions as a domain expert, from system design to roadmap prioritization, directly shaping how Alan delivers healthcare in Spain. • Innovate on healthcare delivery by building tools that bridge the gap between insurance, providers, and members - creating the vertically integrated health partner of the future.

🎯 Requirements

• You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers. • You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. • You’ll have the opportunity to mentor other engineers & lead crews. • You’ll be able to contribute to hiring your future coworkers and shape candidates’ hiring experience. • Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern Javascript. • Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!). • Passionate about building products. • Self-starting and entrepreneurial. • Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!). • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. • Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
