📋 Description

• Build the compliance product, including scalable processes and tooling for regulated work. • Create a clear path from each request to the right Corporate owner. • Develop tooling that automates recurring regulatory work. • Identify painful manual processes and redesign them end to end. • Monitor process usage after launch and continuously improve adoption and performance. • Design solutions that balance compliance with speed. • Set goals and measure outcomes for shipped changes. • Deliver an initial system providing teams with a simple, fast way to get support from Corporate. • Own at least one process from problem definition through a live, automated solution. • Collaborate with legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance, and security experts and the teams they serve.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building solutions that people continue using. • Experience turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions. • Experience with no-code, low-code, and AI tools. • Willingness and ability to ramp up quickly on regulated work. • French and English at professional level. • Ability to move autonomously, prioritise, test solutions, and deliver quickly. • Ability to investigate vague problems and frame them effectively. • Sound judgment around legal, privacy, security, and compliance requirements. • Ability to own projects end to end, from user research and planning through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. • Clear, proactive stakeholder communication. • Role targeted at the B1-C0 level range.
