📋 Description
• Vous devenez l'agent commercial ALB sur votre secteur, en charge de développer un portefeuille de biens en gestion locative courte durée. • Prospection active : identifier les propriétaires de biens immobiliers (appartements, maisons, villas, logements insolites) et les convaincre de vous confier la gestion • Négociation et signature des mandats de gestion avec les propriétaires • Pilotage opérationnel : coordination des prestataires ménage et maintenance, relation propriétaires et voyageurs • Développement de votre portefeuille clients dans une logique de rente mensuelle récurrente • Organisation libre de votre emploi du temps (télétravail partiel / terrain)

• Vous savez convaincre et créer de la confiance avec les propriétaires • Vous venez de l'immobilier, du commerce, ou d'un tout autre secteur (coiffure, direction, restauration...) : c'est votre motivation qui compte • Vous voulez l'autonomie d'un indépendant avec le support d'un réseau structuré
