ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Abritel as part of the ALB network. • Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue • Reservation management and guest relations (messaging, check-ins, dispute resolution) • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Sourcing new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • Background may include real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation matters most • You want the autonomy of an independent with the support of a structured network • You want to build a long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
