ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local point of contact in your area • Manage a portfolio of properties as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely and work partially remotely or in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Status: Independent contractor • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds; willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Self-motivation and the ability to organize your schedule • No specific degree or prior experience required
