ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • List and optimize property listings (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties • Manage and monitor the business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset • Desire for the independence of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Self-employed status • No investment required
