📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Identify and acquire new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and drive • Independence of a self-employed professional, backed by the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
