ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the operation of their properties • Monitor owner inquiries in the assigned area and manage the business through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a recurring, long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome but not required; no specific industry background is required • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
