ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management: apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations • Serve as ALB’s local representative in your area • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely and work partly remotely and in the field • Build a client portfolio that generates recurring monthly commissions

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor (self-employed) status • Strong persuasion skills to convince owners to entrust their properties for management • Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other background • Eagerness to learn and to do quality work • Autonomy in organizing your schedule • Ability to work both in the field and remotely • Start when you give the go-ahead
