ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will become ALB's commercial agent for your area, responsible for developing a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management. • Active prospecting: identify property owners (apartments, houses, villas, unique/atypical accommodations) and persuade them to entrust you with management • Negotiate and sign management agreements with owners • Operational management: coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers, liaise with owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio with a focus on recurring monthly revenue • Flexible schedule (partial remote work / field work)

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • You may come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation is what matters • You want the autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income, not a capped salary
