📋 Description
• Identify and onboard new properties for management: apartments, houses, villas, chalets and unique or unusual accommodations • Become ALB's local reference in your area • Manage your property portfolio as your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your time freely between fieldwork and relationship-building • Develop a portfolio of properties that generates recurring commission income
🎯 Requirements
• Independent contractor / self-employed status • Strong persuasive skills to convince owners to entrust their property management • Open to candidates from real estate, sales/retail, hairdressing or any other background • Willingness to learn and a commitment to high-quality work • Autonomy and ability to organize your own schedule • No specific degree or previous experience required • Start when you're ready
