ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unique and unconventional accommodations, etc.). • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business. • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance. • Manage relationships with property owners and guests. • Organize your schedule freely and work from wherever you choose. • Become ALB’s local representative in your area.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong persuasion skills: You know how to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation. • Open to all backgrounds: experience in real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field is welcome. • Eager to learn and committed to doing quality work. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Independent contractor status. • Start as soon as you are ready.
