📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings on the platforms, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue for each property • Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
