ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Manage operations through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is an advantage, but not required • Motivated and able to work independently • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
