📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue • Manage reservations and guest relations • Handle guest messages, check-ins, and disputes • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams • Prospect for new property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Potentially recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions on their business activity
