• Fachliche steuerliche Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Direktmandate inklusive Umsatzsteuer, Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Mandanten, operative Buchhaltungseinheiten und beteiligte Spezialisten • Sicherstellung von Terminen, SLA und klarer Abgrenzung zwischen Buchhaltung, Abschluss und Beratung • Weiterentwicklung und Sicherung der fachlichen Qualität in der Finanzbuchhaltung • Fachlicher Sparringspartner für Buchhaltungsteams in Deutschland und Bulgarien • Unterstützung weiterer Direktmandate und struktureller Mandatsorganisation
🎯 Requirements
• Bestellung als Steuerberater (m/w/d) mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kapitalgesellschaften • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Umsatzsteuer auch bei komplexen Sachverhalten • Fundiertes Verständnis von Rechnungswesen und Buchhaltungslogik • Erfahrung in Mandatssteuerung, Qualitätssicherung und Prozessen • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit edRewe, DATEV und Mehrgesellschaftenstrukturen • Strukturierte, ruhige und verbindliche Persönlichkeit mit Gestalter Mentalität
