📋 Description

• Support our national accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS • Work closely with our national teams and assist with accounting-related inquiries • Contribute to the further development of our finance processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and automation • Prepare and analyze financial data and support the production of meaningful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of relevant documentation and assistance in communications with auditors • Gain exposure to topics such as group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations and continuously develop your technical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or a comparable commercial qualification with a focus on business/finance/accounting • At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in financial statement preparation under HGB • Good knowledge of accounting and confident use of financial systems (e.g., DATEV or SAP) • Analytical mindset and a structured, careful, and independent way of working • Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration across different departments • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
