📋 Description

• Support obtaining energy bills by searching utility providers' websites and internal systems, ensuring all invoices are available for processing; • Ensure invoices are paid within established deadlines, monitoring workflows, dependencies, and possible operational issues; • Assist in accurate management and control of unreceived bills, taking proactive actions to prevent delays, inconsistencies, and operational risks; • Participate in periodic meetings to update controls, monitor processes, and align routines related to energy management; • Support communication with internal and external clients, clarifying specific questions related to energy matters such as classification, payment status, outstanding issues, or specific requests; • Keep records in Salesforce and rules in SAP up to date, ensuring data integrity, workflow compliance, and correct execution of payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of the payment process for energy bills and other invoices; • Understanding of the operational and financial impacts of delays, discrepancies, or missing invoices; • Ability to read and interpret energy bills (demand, consumption, taxes, tariff flags, etc.) is a plus; • Knowledge of main procedures with utility providers (reissue of bills/second copies, account history, requests, regularizations) is a plus.
