📋 Description

• Support the reorganization of the cost center structure and the managerial chart of accounts. • Develop and improve controls to ensure the correct execution of the financial department's operational processes. • Prepare and monitor management reports and dashboards to support decision-making. • Participate in the monthly financial close, consolidating information and ensuring data reliability. • Provide support to business areas in financial analyses, assisting in scenario building and projections. • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives for financial processes. • Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. • Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; • Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or other financial areas; • Knowledge of financial planning, budget preparation and monitoring, and analysis of results; • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, and other functions); • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
