📋 Description

• Manage the project considering scope, schedule and costs • Act as the point of contact between the client and Teknisa • Complete project monitoring forms that are part of Teknisa’s project management methodology • Deliver training to staff when necessary • Conduct client diagnostics • Execute the implementation project according to the project plan • Monitor resource allocation within the project • Delegate tasks to direct reports • Track the implementation consultants’ schedules • Monitor technical training at the client site • Train and develop direct reports and prepare successors • Assist in preparing team meetings • Evaluate direct reports using department tools and HR-designated methods, such as 1:1s and a culture of feedback, among others

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects • Availability to travel • Have the necessary equipment and tools to work from home and when assigned to clients (computer/phone and reliable internet) • Be organized and familiar with Project and project management systems • Be communicative and able to work well under pressure • Stay attentive to client needs • Enjoy working with people
