📋 Description

• Conduct research and analyses of new business opportunities; • Develop, monitor, and communicate product actions, metrics, and topics related to product management; • Promote and lead initiatives and projects that contribute to the product backlog and roadmap; • Act as PM/PO leading technology projects; • Serve as the interface between business and technology; • Manage multidisciplinary squads; • Work with investment products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; • Analytical and strategic mindset; • Strong communication and coordination with partner teams; • Previous experience in financial institutions; • Experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO); • Strong track record in technology projects; • Knowledge of investment products, preferably fixed income; • Analytical skills for data evaluation, statistical analysis, and growth metric management; • Experience working with databases; • Experience preparing executive reports; • Availability for a hybrid working model in São Paulo.
