• Monitor and control finances for campaigns, clients and cost centers; • Monitor incentive campaign budgets, tracking actuals vs. planned and supporting the financial predictability of projects; • Validate expenses related to awards, vendors and campaign operations; • Support the client billing process, ensuring contractual compliance and consistency of financial information; • Review and validate operational data to ensure accurate financial accounting for campaigns, including targets, volumes and awards; • Perform financial reconciliations related to campaigns and operations; • Support the monthly financial close, ensuring organization and reliability of information; • Prepare, update and analyze financial reports and revenue and cost KPIs by project; • Partner with other departments to align and validate financial information; • Other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field; • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, with strong proficiency in Excel; • Solid experience in finance operations and routines; • Analytical ability to cross-check, verify and validate financial data; • Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously; • Good communication skills for interaction with other departments to ensure operational alignment; • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and quality-focused.
