📋 Description

• Lead the financial close and forecasting processes for the cost structure (costing), ensuring data accuracy, financial compliance, and timely reporting to local, regional, and global stakeholders; • Act as the financial owner for cost and profitability monitoring of the portfolio, supporting strategic decisions through robust financial analyses and generation of business insights; • Develop variance analyses (price, volume, mix, productivity, and efficiency), identifying significant financial impacts and proposing action plans to mitigate risks and capture opportunities; • Conduct margin, profitability, and financial performance analyses by product, channel, production unit, and customer, ensuring visibility of the main financial drivers of the business; • Support the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning, ensuring alignment between operational and financial assumptions and corporate objectives; • Prepare, review, and validate business cases, economic feasibility studies, and return on investment (ROI) analyses, ensuring adherence to financial policies and corporate governance; • Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs), promoting greater analytical efficiency and decision-making support; • Ensure the integrity, governance, and reliability of financial information in ERP systems and BI tools, contributing to continuous improvement of FP&A processes; • Participate in financial transformation, process automation, and analysis digitalization projects, seeking greater operational efficiency and scalability of financial routines.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; • Experience in Controllership and/or FP&A areas; • Knowledge of financial statement concepts; • Advanced English; • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, DAX/Power Query, Power BI, and PowerPoint); • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and/or SQL is desirable; • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP; • Knowledge of financial modeling and business case development;
