📋 Description

• Brindar atención escrita a clientes empresariales con excelente ortografía y redacción, manteniendo un tono profesional y alineado a nuestros lineamientos. • Realizar reuniones con los clientes cuando sea necesario para resolver sus dudas o inquietudes, utilizando un tono y una voz adecuados que fomenten una comunicación efectiva y profesional. • Comprender a fondo las necesidades de cada cliente, tomar decisiones dentro del marco establecido y escalar de forma oportuna los casos que así lo requieran. • Realizar seguimiento constante a las solicitudes escaladas, asegurando su correcta resolución con las áreas correspondientes. • Documentar cada interacción en el CRM, asegurando trazabilidad y cumplimiento de procesos. • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia del cliente y proponer soluciones proactivas.

🎯 Requirements

• Licenciatura concluida (titulado o pasante). • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en atención a clientes B2B, preferentemente en plataformas digitales o entornos tecnológicos. • Comunicación escrita y verbal clara, asertiva y enfocada en soluciones. • Dominio de herramientas como CRM (ej. Zendesk, Hubspot), Google Suite y paquetería Office (especialmente Excel y Word). • Ortografía y redacción impecables, con atención al detalle. • Alta capacidad de análisis, toma de decisiones y priorización de casos. • Proactividad, empatía y orientación al cliente.
