📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and scale the Internal Developer Platform (Keymaker) • Leverage React, Go/FastAPI, and GCP services including Firestore, Cloud Run, and GKE • Manage private proxy endpoints and index microservices metadata • Identify software development lifecycle friction points • Create automated, self-service GitOps workflows via Bitbucket pull requests • Integrate AI-assisted tools into development workflows • Optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate code reviews, and generate infrastructure scaffolding • Implement, maintain, and optimize reliable, high-speed CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support seamless continuous delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE role • Strong software engineering skills • Experience writing code in Go, Python, or JavaScript/React • Deep understanding of GitOps principles • Knowledge of container orchestration, including GKE/Kubernetes • Understanding of infrastructure provisioning • Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform) cloud services • Passion for Developer Experience and improving engineering team productivity • Experience integrating and leveraging AI tools within engineering workflows is a massive plus • Results-driven approach utilizing DORA metrics and DevEx KPIs • Excellent communication skills • Extreme ownership mindset
