• Generar demanda y cumplir los objetivos de venta del portafolio de lentes de contacto. • Ejecución de estrategias comerciales y capacitación técnica. • Visitas efectivas a profesionales de la salud visual (ECPs) y cuentas clave. • Mantener actualizado el panel de cuentas y profesionales en Salesforce. • Cumplir con los KPI´s definidos por la línea de negocio. • Capacitar a ECPs en adaptación de lentes de contacto. • Implementar el plan de marketing y estrategias comerciales que generen ROI positivo. • Detectar y capitalizar oportunidades de nuevos negocios en el canal óptico. • Asegurar la inclusión y lanzamiento de nuevos productos en las cuentas asignadas. • Administrar eficientemente los recursos, presupuesto y herramientas asignadas.
• Formación en Optometría, Administración o áreas afines. • Experiencia previa en ventas (Preferiblemente en el sector óptico o salud visual). • Dominio de herramientas de Office (Excel, PowerPoint). • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento. • Capacidad analítica para interpretar información de clientes y cuentas. • Organización estratégica del flujo de trabajo. • Proactividad, dinamismo y responsabilidad. • Disposición para trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente.
