📋 Description

• Steward the development and implementation of healthcare equity commitment • Partner with cross functional teams to decrease healthcare disparities • Responsible for investigative data analysis, solutioning, and execution of key initiatives • Collaborate with other leaders to develop and implement processes, pilots, and partnerships to reduce healthcare inequity and disparities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 12+ years of progressive working experience in a clinical environment required (FQHC, RHC, academic medical center, integrated health system, community health practice preferred), including 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and implementing healthcare equity focused clinical quality program and process improvement initiatives • Formal training as a clinician, allied health professional or in public health, epidemiology, health services research, quality improvement, data analytics or health informatics is highly desired
