📋 Description

• Provide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating portfolio risks • Managing the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreements • Provide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and associated leadership) • Managing issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and/or stakeholders • Be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment • Maintaining continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives. Make recommendations to modify program and prioritization to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent • Manage the coordination and relationship with internal partners and stakeholders • Manage the relationship with the external vendors which include vendor management, negotiations, and contract management • Present regular updates on program health to leadership • Provide the management of tasks supporting business continuity of the portfolio • Managing all tasks that supports the presence of all active interfaces • Providing assistance in finding solutions of critical issues affecting active interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience with APIs, HL7 v2/v3, ORU, XDS.b, XDA, XDM, SFTP, VPN, 837, or related communication protocols • 6+ years of program management or equivalent experience • 4+ years experience with interoperability standards and methodologies • 4+ years experience working with electronic health record (EHR), practice management, billing system, hospital system, etc. • Experience and strong skills in negotiating contracts with vendors
