• Responsible for the day-to-day health, governance, and adoption of CRM ecosystem • Audit Hubspot to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency • Maintain clean and reliable data in CRM and reporting systems • Oversee synchronization of data between Hubspot and Translation Management System • Provide support and ensure smooth communication with Hubspot Support • Monitor adoption and usage across departments for alignment and data integrity • Perform regular data quality checks • Support key dashboards and operational reports
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a data-driven role • Prior experience as a Data Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or Marketing/Sales Operations Analyst • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas knowledge • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • English fluency required (spoken and written)
