📋 Description

• Develop and evolve Data Science and Generative AI solutions applied to the company’s products; • Design architectures for intelligent agents and conversational flows based on LLMs; • Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data; • Develop predictive models and Machine Learning algorithms for agribusiness scenarios; • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases and corporate systems; • Work on monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of models in production; • Ensure best practices for security, governance and data isolation in multi-tenant environments; • Support cross-domain analytical initiatives, connecting different verticals and data sources; • Disseminate technical best practices and contribute to strengthening a data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields; • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs); • Proficiency in Python applied to Data Science and AI; • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar; • Knowledge of RAG techniques, embeddings, prompt engineering and vector databases; • Experience with supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms; • Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn and XGBoost; • Knowledge of model monitoring and production operations practices (LLMOps); • Experience integrating APIs and handling data from different sources; • Analytical, collaborative profile with strong problem-solving skills.
