📋 Description

• administer and manage clients' leave and accommodation programs • ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • evaluate documentation and facilitate case management processes • make claim and accommodation determinations • maintain complete, accurate, and timely case documentation • proactively communicate with employees, managers, healthcare providers, and client contacts

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • experience in Leave of Absence case management, ADA accommodations, disability case management, or related absence management programs preferred • 1+ year of customer service experience required • knowledge of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state leave laws, and related employment regulations preferred • good oral and written communication skills • basic knowledge of medical terminology and professional telephone etiquette • able to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion • excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • able to prioritize work effectively and manage a significant volume of cases • able to type 50+ words per minute • intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including case management systems and Microsoft Office applications • agreement that this is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 9 to 12 months
