📋 Description
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI applications solving complex business problems • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered search, summarization, and chat applications • Build or integrate agentic AI systems with multi-step reasoning, tool-calling, or autonomous workflows • Implement information-retrieval solutions using vector-based search, relevance ranking, and RAG • Develop production-ready Python AI applications integrated with AWS services • Build and tune OpenSearch/Elasticsearch indexes for semantic and keyword search • Evaluate, tune, and refine AI models and system performance through experimentation • Partner with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience • At least 2 years of recent experience working with AI or ML solutions • Proven proficiency in Python • Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, SageMaker, Glue, and S3 • Hands-on experience with OpenSearch and/or Elasticsearch • Familiarity with vector databases and vector search techniques, including embeddings and similarity search • Must have work authorization in the Employing Country without current or future visa sponsorship • Virtual interviews must be conducted on video
