📋 Description
• Translate business requirements into specifications for reports and dashboards • Work with business units to gather requirements, develop, and deliver BI services • Implement business intelligence & analytics to support organizational initiatives • Build dynamic dashboards using features, customizations, and visualizations • Design and publish custom dashboards for stakeholders and users • Develop & optimize stored procedures to meet data management objectives • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure optimal performance • Advise power users on best practices for BI reporting • Troubleshoot BI platform issues • Define and improve analytics/reporting capabilities • Create functional and technical design documents for reports and dashboards • Supervisory responsibilities included
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of business intelligence & reporting experience • 7+ years of experience with BI/Reporting software products (Power BI) • 7+ years’ database experience with MS SQL Server • 7+ years of experience in healthcare industry with proven understanding of data terminology • Healthcare Experience and Clear understanding & working knowledge of HIPAA protocols • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft’s Power BI/SSRS/SSAS/Azure Data Factory • Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP is a plus • BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent and/or equivalent experience • Microsoft Azure Certification is a plus
