• Design, implement, and maintain compensation programs • Analyze internal and external compensation data • Administer equity and executive compensation programs • Support annual compensation planning processes
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of Compensation/Total Rewards experience • Knowledge of market pricing data and analysis • High-level proficiency in Excel • Experience with Workday or similar HR technology systems • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Human Resources related field
