• Lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives within the home health sector • Write product requirements and work with Technology, Data Science, and Clinical teams to translate market insights into product requirements • Define success metrics and continuously evaluate the performance of products, programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives • Analyze industry trends, CMS regulations, payment models, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities for innovation and partnership • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of home health initiatives • Develop and execute the company’s home health product strategy in alignment with overall post-acute care growth objectives • Build trusted relationships with customers, home health agencies, provider networks, payors, health systems, and industry associations
• 5+ years of experience in home health • 3+ year of experience in healthcare technology • Deep understanding of home health clinical workflows, operations, reimbursement models (especially PDGM), and regulatory landscape • Proven experience developing and deploying new technology products • Track record of executing strategic plans in a growth-oriented environment • Strong business acumen with ability to translate market insights into actionable initiatives • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with comfort engaging senior leadership • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
