📋 Description

• Work with clients on site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM solutions; • Guide clients through delivered functionality, advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, configure system functionality, and support testing; • Communicate and drive project deliverables across Absence and OTL workstreams; • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor across Absence, OTL, and scheduling processes; • Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery models and increase project efficiency and value; • Mentor junior associates to support their professional growth and strengthen overall team capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; • Active Oracle Time & Labor certification; • Minimum 4 years of OTL experience in a Functional Lead role; • Minimum 5 full cycle OTL/Absence implementations; • Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes; • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; • Self-motivated with the ability to plan work effort and manage priorities; • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers; • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. • Extra edge: Workforce Scheduler experience; • Experience with Redwood & Oracle-delivered AI Agents. • Language skills: English: Proficient
