Alkami Technology is a digital banking software company that provides a cloud-based Digital Sales & Service Platform for banks and credit unions. Its platform combines onboarding and account opening (via MANTL), digital banking, and data & marketing solutions to enable anticipatory, data-driven customer experiences, faster account origination, fraud protection, payment reporting, and personalized marketing. Alkami serves financial institutions (retail and business customers) and offers integrations, developer tools, and implementation support to drive deposit growth, reduce churn, and improve operational efficiency.

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end implementation experience for banks and credit unions • Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to streamline execution and enhance the client experience • Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for diverse technical and non-technical audiences • Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks, escalating appropriately when needed • Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support and long-term account ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions • Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services • Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
