📋 Description
• Lead and manage new logo implementation programs • Develop and maintain program/project schedules • Coordinate activities and updates for project deliverables • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies • Communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders • Maintain all necessary documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of project and/or program management experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field • Proven ability to manage complex project & programs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experienced in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
